1. Account Registration and User Obligations:

• Instructors and students must create an account to access services.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Scholigo allows instructors to create and upload online courses and allows students to browse and enroll in these courses.
• Scholigo does not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of the courses.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is inappropriate.

3. Payment and Fees:

• Instructors may charge fees for their courses, and students must pay the fees at the time of enrollment.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Scholigo may charge a commission or service fee on transactions between instructors and students.

4. Intellectual Property:

• The content on Scholigo, including course materials, text, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission from the owner.

5. User Content:

• Instructors retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform, such as course materials, videos, and any other related educational resources, unless Scholigo has provided direct assistance in the creation of that content (e.g., video recording, course design, video editing, or other similar services).
• In cases where Scholigo has provided such assistance, the content created with Scholigo’s help will be considered the intellectual property of Scholigo, and Scholigo will retain all rights to such content.
• By uploading content to the platform, instructors grant Scholigo a license to display, distribute, and promote their content within the platform for the purpose of providing access to students. This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable upon the removal of content from the platform by the instructor.

6. Privacy and Data Collection:

• By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Accounts:
